An error from a failed Gateway web search, with its kind, a message, and the underlying cause when there is one.
The message starts with what failed, such as request failed or
backend returned 502: .... When the message includes the Gateway’s
error body, that body is truncated to a size limit and its control
characters are escaped. The message never contains the bearer key.
